Welcome to the behind-the-scenes of the blog! Today I want to share with you my creative workspace, where I love to blog, freelance, experiment with watercolor and art, plan my posts and my schedules, and be inspired on a daily basis. I love getting sneak peeks into others’ workspaces, so I thought I would share my new place I work from home.
I decided to give my desk a little makeover after I moved back home after graduation. I needed to clear out some clutter and have some more wall space for my gallery wall photos. Overall, I am so happy with the results!
Some of my favorite desk accessories are notepads (especially the ones from Tiny Prints), purple pens, Washi tape, my Heart & Arrow blog planner, and the books I’m currently reading. I also can’t work without having water nearby, so I always have a tumbler cup or a mason jar full of water nearby.
I also keep some paintbrushes on my desk to remind me to sometimes get off the computer, away from technology, and just experiment with art, fuel my creative side and get inspired.
One of my favorite parts about my new blogging workspace is the gallery wall. I was sad to leave my college apartment where I decorated my room with a travel gallery wall. I didn’t think I would have enough space in my room at home, but I was able to make it work! I definitely was having a too-much-wall-art problem at one point last week!

And just in case you are wondering, yes, I do have pink and orange walls in my bedroom. I also have a lime green ceiling. Thanks to my middle school self. It reminds me of sherbert colors!
Where do you like to blog? Do you have a specific place where you feel creative? I can’t wait to hear about it!
