Looking for a fun way to brighten up your office or living space? Today we’re talking all about terrariums–small, manageable gardens enclosed in a glass container. I love the way terrariums add some nature to our inside environments, giving an extra fresh feeling. I’ve been seeing many things inspired by terrariums at Target and other stores around town, especially ones that come with a geometric, almost diamond-shaped glass planter. These combine two of my favorite design trends: nature and geometry!
I’ve gathered some of my favorite terrariums that inspire me to live a fresher life but also inspire me creatively! I love taking things I see on Pinterest, at Target or on nature walks around town and looking for color inspiration and design inspiration.
One of my favorite things about terrariums is that the limits are endless with making your small homes for your plants. You can add colored sand, a variety of pebbles, sea glass, sculptures and more. They are works of art in all the senses of the word. I think it’s so cool to cultivate your own garden right at your fingertips with this easy and fun way.
What do you think of the terrarium trend?
