Hi friends! How are each of you doing? Today I wanted to share with you all a collab post I am doing with Madison from Wetherill’s Say I Do about our study abroad experiences. It has been such a pleasure getting to know Madison and swapping stories about our travel adventures. She had the opportunity to study in Florence, Italy a couple years ago–a place still on my wanderlust wish list.
I’ll be sharing a little bit about my semester in Seville, Spain and what I learned about myself while traveling. Want a hint? It involves fun things like flowers, coffee and blogging!
If you are planning to study abroad, know that traveling and living in another culture will cause you to question yourself and your own culture, but being open to that change is the number one important thing you can do. It’s hard to rethink and redefine what you are used to, but doing it intentionally and with purpose helps us in the long run become better versions of ourselves, while also understanding the world around us.
If you want to read more about our travel experiences more on Madison’s blog, be sure to head over to her post!
