Creativity is one of my favorite words. Creativity fuels me. Creativity brings beauty to the world. Greatest of all, creativity connects me to my wonderful creator and Lord.
“For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.” Ephesians 2:10

I decided to compile a collage of pretty pictures that inspire my creativity with design, art, crafts and more. To dig deeper into creativity, here are my answers from The Circle linkup.
1. What does creativity mean to you? For me, creativity means making our own unique mark on this world. It is a unparalleled expression of who you truly are. Creativity is an outlet for me to be authentic, and real as well as show the world the gifts and talents God gave me. To be creative is to share God’s beauty and love in a way that is uniquely your own.
I love this verse about creativity from the Message version of the Bible:
“Make a careful exploration of who you are and the work you have been given, and then sink yourself into that. Don’t be impressed with yourself. Don’t compare yourself with others. Each of you must take responsibility for doing the creative best you can with your own life.”Galatians 6: 4-5
Overall, creativity is part of my faith, my career, my hobbies and my time to relax. It’s in everything we do. It’s in who we are.
2. How do you stay creative? Who do you draw inspiration from? I stay creative by making sure I have some time in the day to relax. This is when I blog, go on Pinterest, Youtube or Twitter, looking for inspiration or creating inspiration. At the same time, spending time with God also helps me become a better version of myself and more creative version of myself by learning more about him and his plans for my life.
I also find that to refresh creativity means to refresh your routine and refresh your environment. So I maintain my creative space by organizing and cleaning and by adding some adventure into my life and trying new things. For example, I’m loving how the Summer of Something New blog challenge has kicked up my creativity with recipes and soon, crafts!
What about you guys? How do you stay creative and what do you think about creativity?
